Benefits of Pregnancy Flow

  • Your body goes through significant changes in pregnancy and the movement through yoga asana can physically make room for the baby leaving you feeling more comfortable.
  • Consistent practice will increase your stamina, leaving you more prepared for the birth and early motherhood.
  • Relieve new aches and pains experienced as the body experiences new hormone levels and physical changes that are necessary for birth.
  • Helps to connect you with your baby helping ease anxiety, boost confidence and self-esteem.
  • Meet other mothers who are going through the same experience, share your feelings and gain a sense of community.

Classes are available to all abilities, you do not need to have done Yoga before. Options are given throughout the class and you can do what feels right for you. I advise the use of props throughout our practice as your body changes throughout pregnancy.
