Benefits of Hatha Flow
- Combining your movement with breath allows you to bring focus to the present moment, finding your flow can feel incredibly therapeutic.
- Consistent practice will leave you feeling stronger and more flexible over time. While it may look impressive to be bending the body in all sorts of ways we want all of our joints to be strong as well as flexible.
- Bringing awareness to your body and how it feels will impact how you hold your posture throughout your day.
- Becoming more aware of how to control your breath and use it to boost energy or encourage relaxation.
- Improved stress levels and better sleep patterns as you are able to switch off from daily worries, improving your general well being.
Classes are available to all abilities, you do not need to have done Yoga before. Options are given throughout the class and you can do what feels right for you. I advise the use of props throughout our practice as we are all different shapes and sizes. It’s about progress not perfection.
